• Always prime your eyes. this can be done either by using your foundation/concealer or with an eye primer. apply either to your eyes and set with a powder. This will make your eye shadow last significantly longer and will hide any veins you have.
  • Use a damp beauty blender to apply your foundation. It will give you a seamless airbrushed finish.
  • When using a metallic/shimmer shadow, spray your brush with Fix+, it will make the shadow pop even more.
  • Apply your under eye concealer in an upside down triangle rather than in a crescent shape, it opens up and highlights the face.
  • ALWAYS set your under eye concealer to avoid creasing.
  • If you have very dry skin, use as less powder as possible. It will emphasize the dryness.
  • Keep a small face mist with you to keep your skin hydrated throughout the day. The mist won’t affect your make up.
  • To make your lipstick last longer, apply one layer. Take a tissue and separate the 2 layers. Lay one layer on your lips and powder over the tissue. This will set the first layer of lipstick. Peel the tissue away and apply a second layer of lipstick. This will make your lipstick last a lot longer than usual.
  • If you struggle to apply false eyelashes, either use singles, or cut your lash strip into 2 or 3 sections. This will make applying the lash a lot easier.
  • If you don’t have a brow gel, spray some hair spray on a spooly and comb through your brows, this will keep them in place throughout the day.
  • Mix a small amount of an illuminating primer into your foundation to give your skin a natural looking glow.
  • If you struggle with drawing a cat wing eye liner, take two pieces of tape, and line them up with your bottom lash line up towards your brow. This will give you that sharp point when applying your liner and it doesn’t matter if you mess up because once you pull the tape off it will have created that wing for you. Before applying the tape put it on your hand first to remove some of the tackiness.
